Great map app, shouldnt have stealth evangelism

5 stars for the fantastic map and user interface. Very well done, incredibly useful.

1 star for Bible quote pop ups. An app that bills itself as a navigation tool, presumably for all students, not just Christians, should not be stealth evangelizing. The app sent me a Bible quote during finals week, not even a religious holiday. It sent "he is risen" on Easter, a Christian holiday, nothing for Passover or Eid. An app for all students should not be endorsing one religion over others, especially when MSU, a public school, promotes the app as a map tool with no mention of Bible pop ups.

I used to recommend this app highly to all my students but hesitate to do that now. Please remove the religious content. Christians can go download Christlike by the same developer if they want a Christian encouragement app. Others should not have to choose between no MSU map or an MSU map that assumes everybody is or should be Christian.
